Install and view software packages
Simple tool to install deb files gdebi lets you install local deb packages resolving and installing its dependencies. apt does the same, but only for remote (http, ftp) located packages. This package contains the graphical user interface.

Je ne parviens plus à sortir de cette application advenant l'échec de l'installation d'un "package". J'ai beau cliquer pour fermer la fenêtre, rien ne se produit.
Un peu embêtant, mais bon... Je suis un débutant sur Linux alors.... c'est peut-être moi!

I can't figure out where the installed packages are! I could like it if it was easy to assign a location for packages to be installed.
